Limitation on the landing of 2024 vehicles
We publish below the resolution by which the Giglio Island City Council approved, as it does every year, the restriction on landing and circulation of vehicles on the islands of Giglio and Giannutri for the upcoming 2021 season.
The restriction for cars this year will cover the period from August 5 to 25, 2024 (inclusive).
Bottom line, in the summer period, from August 5 to August 25, 2024 (inclusive), to bring your car or motorcycle (with Italian license plates) to the Island it will be mandatory to stay at least 5 days and fill out a self-certification.
This must be shown at disembarkation, and should be kept inside the vehicle for the entire period of the stay, in which should be reported:
- The vehicle data (license plate and owner);
- The declarant's data (biographical data, address and tax code);
- The data of the accommodation employer (name of establishment, location and period of stay).
