It is excluded the change of linen and that of the cleaning practiced at the end of the stay. In all apartments you can find the necessary dishes and cookware at your disposal.
All are accepted animals of small and medium size (only a charge of 50-100 euros will be added depending on the size of the apartment, for specific cleaning due to allergic persons), except for some apartments, where, due to causes beyond our control, animals cannot be accepted.
The apartments are without tea towels and tablecloths for the kitchen, as well as those for the bathroom and bedroom. Bed and bath linens can be rented by paying a price of 25 euros per person for each change made. Kitchen linens are not to be considered in this last list.
Any final cleaning will be charged a total cost of 50-100 euros depending on the size of the apartment if the apartment is left uncleaned.
