Terms and conditions related to the rental of apartments

Prices that are charged in our apartments are to be considered inclusive of water, gas, electricity, agency fees and ferry booking service (the cost of the ticket is not to be considered in this list). It is excluded the change of linen and that of the cleaning practiced at the end of the stay. In all apartments you can find the necessary dishes and cookware at your disposal.

All are accepted animals of small and medium size (only a charge of 50-100 euros will be added depending on the size of the apartment, for specific cleaning due to allergic persons), except for some apartments, where, due to causes beyond our control, animals cannot be accepted.

The apartments are without tea towels and tablecloths for the kitchen, as well as those for the bathroom and bedroom. Bed and bath linens can be rented by paying a price of 25 euros per person for each change made. Kitchen linens are not to be considered in this last list.

Any final cleaning will be charged a total cost of 50-100 euros depending on the size of the apartment if the apartment is left uncleaned.

The delivery of the apartments normally takes place after 15:00 on the day of arrival. The same must be vacated by 09:30 am on the day of departure.

The balance of the rent will be paid when you pick up the keys on the day of your arrival in our office

• Se la disdetta viene comunicata più di 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo, tratterremo esclusivamente l’acconto.

• Se la disdetta viene comunicata nei 30 giorni precedenti alla data di arrivo, verrà addebitato l’intero importo del soggiorno.

Confirmation of the reservation requires a deposit in the amount of one-third of the total rent, which can be sent by ordinary money order, bank transfer or bank check.
